Your mission at Visual Meta? As Senior CRM Manager (m/f/d) - B2C/B2B, you will be leading the development of our CRM channels, playing a key role in our marketing acquisition & retention strategy.  You will report to the Head of Performance Marketing.
Your challenges and tasks
  • You define a CRM strategy, create a yearly road map and lead quarterly OKRs for both B2B & B2C 
  • You own the channel performance and steer initiatives across all stages of the B2B and B2C user life cycle for 13 markets
  • You work together with our User product team to develop, execute and test retention strategies
  • You drive CRM marketing towards automation by leveraging website data and user behaviors
  • You develop and segment our email subscriber bases in order to improve the open rate and the click rate of the newsletters
  • You increase engagement and conversion by creating personalized, highly relevant emails
You offer
  • You have substantial CRM experience, ideally in both B2B and B2C
  • You bring your expertise in the conception and implementation of a CRM model,  customer segmentation included
  • You are practised in the operative level of email marketing campaigns and customer data selection
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and deep knowledge of regular CRM tools
  • You have a strong ability to work in a cross-functional environment and influence across the organization at all levels
  • You have the ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to detailed execution
  • You have creative thinking skills and a problem-solving attitude
  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal
