Visual Meta is running shopping portals across 13 European countries. Our customers are online shops that want to reach ready-to-buy online shoppers. To make them as successful as possible we aim to deliver best-in-class consulting.
As International Sales Assistant for Nordics and the Netherlands, you support the Success Managers by taking over administrational tasks and serving our customers via phone and email.

You have the chance to get to know the e-commerce business and sales operations while you can have a huge impact by helping our customers to succeed.
Your challenges and tasks
  • You support our International customers with a focus on the Netherlands, Denmark, Finland and Sweden via phone and email in English (or local language if possible)
  • You onboard shops that registered themselves including closing the contract
  • You take over administrative tasks such as data entries and quality checks
  • You coordinate your tasks directly with the Success Managers
  • You collaborate with other international sales managers and departments such as Quality Management, Finance and Marketing
You offer
  • You are interested to learn more about e-commerce and sales
  • You are good in communication with people with diverse backgrounds
  • You like to build relationships and want to make our customers more successful
  • You are a team player, motivated and proactive as well as self-dependent with a professional customer and service-oriented personality
  • You are able to lead conversations with customers in English - both oral and written
  • You also speak Dutch, Danish, Finish or Swedish
