Your mission at Visual Meta? As part of our very motivated and dedicated Talent Acquisition team, you will take responsibility for the operational management of our vacancies. In addition to that, you will actively participate in projects on bringing our recruiting strategy & process to the next level. We offer you the perfect balance of responsibility, creative opportunities and room for active development.
Your challenges and tasks
  • You will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting for our tech positions in Engineering, Product Management and  Design including Active Sourcing
  • You set standards for an excellent Candidate Experience and accompany our candidates through the entire recruiting process
  • You act as a sparring partner for our hiring managers and assist theme throughout the hiring process from job description to decision making  
  • You will work on improving our internal recruiting process as well as external communication strategies in order to reinforce our position as a great employer 
You offer
  • You are passionate about Talent Acquisition and have solid experience in recruiting tech positions 
  • You know how to use interview techniques to select the right candidates 
  • You have substantial experience in Active Sourcing and know the international tech candidate market
  • You are assertive, work very independently and flexibly and approach topics proactively
  • You have very good communication skills, sense of humor and the ability to work in a dynamic team 
  • You speak fluent English (our company language is English), a good knowledge of German is a plus
